xMASS

xMASS is a software package that contains several options to analyse mass spectrometry data with a structural information content.Its functions include:

-- Identification fo cross-linked peaks from mass spectrometry data.
-- Evaluation of these hits based on predifened filters.
-- Visualization within protein structures.
-- Generation of PDB-files for 3D-visualization.
-- Currently tested: Implementation of virtual reality devices for real 3D-experience.

Different license types are available and all updates during the license time are included. The standard procedure will be to obtain an executable version of the program by pressing the "Proceed" button. The first opening on the computer you intend to use leads to the license page, where the relevant information is already entered. After processing PayPal the button for "Get License" will be active and the license file will be obtained by pressing that button.
