dynaMIX

dynaMIX is a software package that contains several options to analyse structural data on compounds and proteins. Its functions include:

-- Access to molecular dynamics packages.
-- Support for molecular dynamics measurements on various chemical compound structures.
-- Data analysis tools for the trajectories, used e.g. in Papsdorf et al., 2018 and Kaziales et al., 2021.
-- Analysis of interaction patterns on large numbers of compound-ligand complexes.
-- Visualization tools.
-- Prediction and optimization tools for compunds based on machine learning approaches are planned.
-- Currently tested: Implementation of virtual reality devices for real 3D-experience.

Different license types are available and all updates during the license time are included. The standard procedure will be to obtain the executable version of the software by pressing the "Proceed" button. The first opening of the software on the computer you intend to use leads to the license page, where the relevant information is already entered. After proceeding via PayPal the button for "Get License" will be active and the license file will be obtained by pressing that button.

The starting date of the license on the requested computer is immediately.
